Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates

All domestic orders is free shipping! Whether you buy 1 or 100 hats! We got you on shipping!

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

TheSimpleHead ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

TheSimpleHead is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You may return your order in its original condition within 30 days of the original USPS confirmed delivery. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us!

Returns

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order in any way within 7 days. You, as the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your order in its original condition, we will refund your order through your original form of payment, and you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days. All returns must be shipped in a box! We have to say this because a hat don't do well shipped in an envelope.
